Ingredients

• 1 cup sugar
• ½ cup of Armour lard
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 egg
• 2 cups flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 cup reg. milk
• 1 teaspoon of lemon extract

Directions:

1. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt together. Blend sugar and Armour lard together then add egg and blend.
2. Blend in milk and lemon extract into sugar blend and then blend all into one mixture.  Let set for about.
3. 30 minutes in refrigerator. Roll out dough and cut with cookie cutters into shapes.
4. Bake into oven for 12-15 minutes at 325 degrees.
5. Remove from cookie sheet and let cool.
