Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup of Armour lard
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup reg. milk
- 1 teaspoon of lemon extract
Directions:
- Mix flour, baking powder, and salt together. Blend sugar and Armour lard together then add egg and blend.
- Blend in milk and lemon extract into sugar blend and then blend all into one mixture. Let set for about.
- 30 minutes in refrigerator. Roll out dough and cut with cookie cutters into shapes.
- Bake into oven for 12-15 minutes at 325 degrees.
- Remove from cookie sheet and let cool.
